The cancellation without expenses can be done by email up to 24 hours before the activity. If you cancel with less time, arrive late or do not show up, no refund will be offered (you can check our purchase conditions if you have any questions or you can call us). People who come to the meeting point without reservation should check if there are places available. In this case, the guide will provide the purchase ticket at the beginning of the visit, being the payment in cash.
The start of the visit can be from what you tell us or from the Cathedral square. Our guides will go with a RED umbrella / jacket with our company name, Leonesa Tours (Guided Tours).
If you want a different meeting point so that we can pick you up, you can indicate it to us when making the reservation.

You have to take into account that inside the Cathedral different religious events (masses, weddings, funerals) are celebrated throughout the year, and entry to visit it will not be allowed. Therefore, our schedules may be modified.

The visit does not include entry to monuments or museums that will be paid to the guide on the day of the visit for their management.
You will receive an online invoice as proof of the payment made in which all our tax data will come. All our visits include VAT.
The visit is carried out with a system of individual radio guides throughout the tour, completely disinfected before use with specific products following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
